PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL
PROHIBITION OF FURTHER USE – CUBE AGREE C:62 MODELS YEARS 2025 AND 2026
As part of Cube regular quality control, we would like to draw your attention to a product safety recall affecting certain models. The recall applies to all CUBE Agree C:62 bicycles from model years 2025 and 2026 that were delivered or sold before 30 November 2025.
Cube products undergo strict safety and quality checks. In very rare cases, cracks have been identified above the brake mount on individual Agree carbon forks. To ensure rider safety, affected bicycles must be inspected and, if necessary, the fork replaced as soon as possible. We are working intensively to provide replacement forks.
Below you will find further information about the affected models and details of the inspection process. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

USE OF BICYCLES AFFECTED BY THIS RECALL MUST BE DISCONTINUED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT EXCEPTION UNTIL THE FORK HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND ANY DAMAGED FORKS HAVE BEEN REPLACED!
After analysing a small number of incidents where cracks developed above the brake mount on Cube Agree C:62 carbon forks, it was found that a change in the resin material starting with the 2025 model year may have resulted in insufficient resin content in this area on some forks.
As a result, in rare cases, the fork may not withstand high braking forces in accordance with CUBE’s safety and quality standards. These conditions can cause the outer carbon layers to separate, leading to cracks and significantly weakening the fork structure, potentially resulting in complete failure.
This manufacturing defect increases the risk of accidents, which may lead to material damage, serious injuries, or even fatal injuries.
For safety reasons, every fork affected by this issue must be inspected and replaced if necessary.
NEXT STEP:
Bring your bike to a VELOPLUS store where we will identify your fork and, if needed, order and replace it for you. Warranty cases must be handled by an authorized CUBE dealer, i.e., VELOPLUS.
