The magnet-less sensor is easy to install, maintain, and transfer from one bike to another. The cadence sensor attaches to any size pedal shaft and measures pedal rotations per minute, allowing you to maximize your training.

With the crank rotation sensor, you can check in real-time and retrospectively whether you are pedaling optimally during long, monotonous (road) rides – the recommended average for sports riding is ~90 crank rotations per minute, but this figure is very personal, depending on muscle mass, etc. For example, in triathlon, "grinding" with less than 80 crank rotations per minute on the bike will definitely be felt during the run.
