Our entry-level MATTS 20 is the perfect starting point for you to get into mountain biking at an attractive price. The double butted aluminium frame features a comfortable and confidence-inspiring geometry and the 100 mm suspension fork helps smooth out the rougher trails and tracks. Hydraulic disc brakes provide all-weather stopping power and the broad gear range of the Shimano drivetrain allows you to tackle even steeper hills with ease.
MATTS stands for 'MERIDA Aluminium TIG-welding Technology System' and is one of the longest-running bike categories in our history. This classic mountain bike offers quality aluminium frames, solid spec packages and reliable performance at a fantastic price. A more compact top tube, paired with a higher front end, provide the MATTS with a more upright riding position, deliver extra riding comfort for the rider as well as a better view of what lies ahead. With its comfort-inspiring geometry, paired with 27.5" wheels and double or triple drivetrains deliver the MATTS bikes are the perfect entry into the world of mountain biking.
