Cube Attain C:62 SLX

Racking up the miles should be fun, rather than a chore. That's why we began by kitting out the Attain C:62 SLX with Shimano's legendary 105 Di2 2x12 gears and matching hydraulic disc brakes – because they put control of your speed literally at your fingertips, whatever the road or weather conditions. The IC Race integrated cockpit complements the semi-aero frame and full carbon fork for watt-saving pace. Light, carbon-rimmed Newmen Advanced C.38 wheels are shod with Continental's tubeless-ready 32mm Grand Prix tyres, for the best all-round blend of tenacious grip and all-day comfort. And the rest? Well, that's up to you.

ADVANCED INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

ADVANCED TWIN MOLD

With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.

C:62 CARBON FIBER TECHNOLOGY

Not all carbon is created equal. With our C:62® carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, light and durable.

INTEGRATED SEATPOST CLAMP

Our Integrated Seatpost Clamp is all part of our quest to sweat the details, so that you can reap the rewards. Its minimalist design suits the frame's pared-back aesthetic.
