1. The Buyer has the right to examine the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the goods are not suitable, the Buyer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within this period and return the goods to Veloplus (except in cases specified in point 7). The returned goods must be complete (including all items in the original packaging, such as cables, manuals, etc.), unused, and in the original packaging. The withdrawal notice must be sent in writing to the email address epood@veloplus.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. The Buyer must open the original packaging carefully and with minimal damage. If the packaging cannot be opened without damage, the Buyer should choose the least damaging method. To examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the Buyer may handle the goods only as permitted in a physical store. If usage is necessary to assess suitability, the goods are not considered used if returned in their original completeness and condition. Violation of these conditions results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  3. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (including postage and transportation costs).
  4. If the returned goods are damaged due to the Buyer's actions (e.g., improper use, modification, incorrect assembly or disassembly), Veloplus has the right to deduct the decrease in value from the purchase price. If the Buyer disagrees with the assessed decrease in value, they may seek an independent expert opinion. The costs of the expert assessment are shared equally between the Buyer and Veloplus, unless one party's position is clearly unfounded—in which case, that party bears the full cost.
  5. If the Buyer withdraws from the Sales Agreement under point 1, Veloplus will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the goods are returned within the same period. Veloplus has the right to deduct the decrease in value as determined in point 4 and any costs specified in point 6.
  6. If the Buyer chooses a delivery method more expensive than Veloplus's standard cheapest option, Veloplus is not obliged to reimburse the additional cost.
  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  8. If the Buyer withdraws from the Sales Agreement under point 1, it is also considered a withdrawal from any related installment agreement.
  9. The Buyer cannot withdraw from the Sales Agreement in cases not specified in these Terms or by law.
  10. When exercising the right of withdrawal under points 1–2, the Buyer may opt to exchange the goods for another product sold by Veloplus. In such cases, the amount paid for the returned goods is offset against the price of the new product. Any remaining balance must be settled according to the Sales Agreement.
  11. Goods can be returned to:
  • Veloplus store at Saku 3, Tallinn, 11314 or
  • Omniva parcel machine at Tallinna Donte Ärikeskus (Pärnu maantee 142, Tallinn).

When returning, include the order number inside the package and provide the contact number +372 55 551 511.
