Delivery options and order dispatch speed
We always do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The dispatch time depends on whether the product is immediately available in our warehouse or is an order-only item.
In-stock spare parts and accessories are generally dispatched within 1 working day after the order has been placed.
In-stock bicycles are handed over to the courier or made available for pickup from the store on average within 2–3 working days after the order has been placed.
The delivery time for order-only products depends on the stock availability of the manufacturer or supplier. The estimated arrival time to our warehouse is shown on each product page.
This way, you can already see at the time of purchase when the goods are expected to leave our warehouse and when you can expect them to arrive.
