The Enduro BRT-058 is a professional-grade linear headset press designed for accurate and reliable installation of all headset cup sizes. This tool kit is ideal for both advanced home mechanics and professional bicycle workshops where precision and durability are essential.

The kit includes a 3/8 inch (10 mm) Acme thread press rod specifically sized for headset installation, interchangeable Linear Quick handles, a fast-action 3/8 Zipnut, and a full set of guides. The guides ensure precise centering and correct alignment of headset cups throughout the installation process.

The Linear Headset Press utilizes the same 29-degree Acme thread design found in high-precision applications such as CNC lead screw drives. This thread profile provides a wider and stronger thread base compared to standard V-shaped threads, resulting in increased durability and the ability to apply perfectly aligned 90-degree force for accurate bearing seating.

Unlike many bearing press tools that rely on plain bushings or no bearing support at all, each BRT-058 press rod features a static nut fitted with a precision thrust bearing. This design ensures smooth, bind-free operation and consistent pressing accuracy, even under higher loads.

The Linear Quick handles offer a modular design, allowing users to combine short handles for tight spaces, longer handles for increased leverage, or mixed configurations for improved control. Made from 6061 aluminum alloy, the handles snap onto both the fixed thrust nut and the quick-action Zipnut. They can be driven by hand, with open-end or socket wrenches, or using Allen keys, thanks to the machined hex interface at the end of each handle.
