Winter chain lube REX Arctic up to -30°C 30g

REX Arctic is a wax and oil hybrid chain lube developed for winter riding conditions and based on the technology behind REX Domestique chain lube. It is designed for bicycles exposed to snow, freezing temperatures, moisture and road salt, and can be used in conditions down to -30 °C.

The formula has been improved for winter use with environmentally friendly and fluorine-free REX N-Kinetic hydrophobic polymers, developed from REX’s ski wax technology. These polymers help improve water resistance, reduce dirt build-up and provide more effective protection against corrosion.

The viscosity of REX Arctic is optimized for cold conditions, allowing the lube to stay on the chain even in severe frost. It helps keep the chain smooth, quiet and reliable in winter, when many standard chain lubes can become too thick, wear off faster or lose some of their protective properties.

REX Arctic contains no solvent or water that evaporates after application – every drop applied to the chain is 100% lubricant. This means there is no need to wait for solvent evaporation before riding, and only a small amount is needed to keep the chain running smoothly. The 30 g package provides approximately up to 30 applications.

For best results, the chain should be thoroughly cleaned before application with a dedicated chain cleaner, such as REX 911, Morgan Blue Chain Cleaner or another suitable product. A clean chain helps the lube bond better and ensures maximum protection in winter conditions.
