Overview
VISU EXTRA STEP Kids Classic Skis With Bindings
The VISU EXTRA STEP skis are classic skis for children featuring a fish-scale grip base with universal flex, ensuring reliable traction and smooth glide in various snow conditions. Built with a fiberglass-reinforced wooden core and durable plastic base. Available in two colors: yellow (120/130 cm) and black (150/160 cm). Weight per pair is around 1000 g with bindings.
Equipped with STEP-IN touring bindings compatible with NNN boot soles. The bindings release easily with a push-button mechanism.
Note: Do not use hot wax on these skis. Glide can be improved with liquid quick wax. After skiing in dirty or wet snow, clean the bases with ski cleaner and/or a nylon brush once the skis are dry.
The design is inspired by the popular 1970s VISU Extra model as a tribute to the designers of the former Viisnurga ski factory in Pärnu, including Feliks Villo. VISU skis were produced from 1939 to 2004, reaching over 300,000 pairs per year at its peak. This edition was produced in 2021 in Russia by the same factory that purchased the original VISU production equipment.
