Trainer Feet Elite Flex Feet 7°

Elite Flex Feet 7° are a set of red high-performance trainer feet designed to replicate the natural side-to-side movement of a bicycle during indoor cycling. Specifically developed for Elite Avanti and Avanti with Zwift Cog and Click trainers, these flexible feet allow up to 7° of lateral sway, creating a more realistic, fluid and comfortable riding experience.

Compared to the standard black Flex Feet supplied with Avanti trainers, which allow 4.5° of lateral movement, the red Flex Feet provide a greater range of motion and a more natural riding feel. This helps reduce the rigid sensation commonly associated with stationary indoor cycling and allows riders to move more naturally throughout the pedal stroke.

Biomechanical tests conducted by Elite with athletes of different body types have shown that increased lateral movement can improve activation of major muscle groups, particularly the quadriceps, glutes, back and shoulders. The result is a pedalling sensation that more closely resembles outdoor cycling, allowing the body to move more naturally during training. The additional freedom of movement is particularly beneficial during demanding intervals and high-intensity efforts.

Installation is quick and straightforward, with no special tools required. Simply unscrew the original black Flex Feet and replace them with the red version. Both versions use the same threaded mounting system, ensuring secure attachment and perfect compatibility. Once installed, the trainer's lateral movement increases from 4.5° to 7°. The feet are suitable for Avanti trainer setups with road and mountain bikes.
