Torque Limiting Lockable Knob Thule AcuTight
Thule AcuTight Knob is a practical torque-limiting replacement knob designed for frame holders on rear-mounted Thule bike carriers. It replaces the standard tightening knob and helps prevent excessive clamping force on bicycle frames. This is particularly beneficial for delicate frames that may be vulnerable to damage from overtightening.
The integrated torque limiter provides an audible signal when the correct tightening torque is reached, helping secure the bicycle with controlled clamping pressure. The ergonomic soft-grip design ensures comfortable handling and makes loading and unloading bicycles easier.
AcuTight Knob is compatible with the Thule One-Key locking system, allowing an optional lock cylinder to be installed for additional security. The lock cylinder is not included and must be purchased separately. The package includes the torque-limiting knob and a universal key. It fits all rear-mounted Thule bike carriers equipped with frame holders.
