The Continental Terra Competition Trail is a versatile gravel tire designed for fast riding across mixed terrain while offering improved grip and control on rougher surfaces. It is an excellent choice for riders who frequently transition between paved roads, gravel tracks and forest trails.
The aerodynamically optimized tread design reduces drag while maintaining low rolling resistance for higher speeds. The Trail Grip tread pattern provides enhanced traction on challenging terrain while still delivering efficient rolling performance on gravel roads and worn asphalt.
An almost continuous center tread ensures fast straight-line speed, while pronounced shoulder knobs increase grip and stability when cornering or riding off-road. The tire performs best in dry to damp conditions and is well suited for rocky surfaces, hardpack trails and moderately loose terrain.
The Adaptive, Agile and Robust casing is designed for durability and improved terrain adaptation. Reinforced sidewalls and crown construction provide excellent puncture protection while maintaining flexibility and ride comfort in demanding conditions.
