LONG ENERGY – high-quality energy drink for competitions and recovery, contains 72% carbohydrates and 10% proteins from whey protein isolate. The combination of different carbohydrates increases energy availability by 20-50%, while ensuring good digestibility. Added high-quality proteins accelerate glycogen replenishment and muscle recovery.
VitargoTM, as the main carbohydrate source, has a molecular weight approximately 100x greater than regular maltodextrin, ensuring approximately 70% faster glycogen replenishment in muscles compared to other types of sugars.
Sodium and potassium play an important role in carbohydrate absorption and utilization. Chromium, zinc, and magnesium are essential for insulin function, in other words, for glycogen replenishment and muscle building. Glutamine acts as an energy source for the immune system and also plays an important role in muscle building. Taurine reduces signs of toxicity caused by free radicals.
