SPONSER Competition is a lightly flavored sports drink powder with essential electrolytes. Thanks to its special composition and neutral properties (taste and pH level), it is extremely fast-absorbing even at high concentrations.
Competition is designed to fulfill the most important role of a sports drink – optimal fluid replenishment with maximum energy. This is made possible by its low osmolality and higher carbohydrate content compared to conventional sports drinks. Different carbohydrates allow absorption through various transport systems. This way, the body gets more energy from the provided carbohydrates while maintaining its own glycogen stores. The combination of various sugars ensures a slower and long-lasting energy supply and provides 20-50% higher energy value than sports drinks containing only one type of sugar.
This extremely well-absorbed sports drink is intended for use during sports, especially when there is a high energy demand. It can also be used for carbohydrate loading before competitions.
Advantages:
- Competition drink has a practically neutral pH level, contains no acidifiers, and is very lightly flavored.
- High molecular weight starch hydrolysate with very low osmolality.
- Isomaltulose (glucose + fructose) and trehalose (glucose + glucose) ensure a noticeably slower glycemic and insulin rise compared to other sugars.
- Up to 100 g of powder per 1 L and still hypotonic (240 mOsm).
- Lactose and gluten-free.
Instructions for use:
Dissolve 60-80 g of powder (4-5 scoops) in 750-1000 ml of water for a hypotonic drink. If more energy is needed, up to 120 g (7.5 scoops) can be dissolved in 1 L of water for an isotonic drink.
