Carbohydrate loading drink for competitions and training camps!
High-energy sports drink powder, specially developed for filling carbohydrate stores. Supports optimal replenishment of glycogen reserves before competitions – 1-day loading – also shortening recovery time in training camps.
Based on a special carbohydrate - VITARGO®, a patented carbohydrate complex made from barley starch. Its molecular weight is 100x greater than maltodextrin. This ensures very low osmolarity and approx. 70% faster glycogen formation in muscles.
Usage: Use in cases of increased energy demand, the day before competitions, and during intense training (camp) (the day before and then on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th day, and also the day after).
Preparation: 4x1 serving per day, after breakfast, at lunch and in the evening, and before bedtime. Prepare the mixture as follows – take the required amount of water, then the required amount of powder, and mix carefully; if desired, more water can be added.
If body weight is:
- 45-55 kg, take 50g powder (2 MS) and 200 ml water;
- 55-65 kg, 62.5 g powder (2.5 MS) and 250 ml water;
- 65-75 kg, 75 g powder (3 MS) and 300 ml water;
- 75-85 kg, 82.5 g powder (3.5 MS) and 350 ml water;
- 85-95 kg, 100 g powder (4 MS) and 400 ml water. *MS - measuring scoop

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, sucrose, barley starch hydrolysate (VITARGO®) 17%, trehalose (glucose source), minerals (sodium citrate, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium citrate), acidifiers: malic and citric acid, flavorings.
