Sponser Lactat Buffer 600g Lemon – Drink Powder
Lactic Acid Buffer
High-intensity anaerobic activity often leads to lactic acid accumulation, which can be a limiting factor for performance. This results in a sharp drop in pH levels over a short period. The body does not tolerate low pH levels well and requires substances that can prevent pH fluctuations. Sodium bicarbonate and citrate can compensate for the increase in acidity that would otherwise limit performance.
This product is specially developed for competitive athletes for whom rising acidity often becomes a limiting factor (e.g., rowing, sprint disciplines, skiing, swimming, and other sports).
Preparation: The first portion should be taken the day before the competition, and the second portion on the competition day, 2 to 1 hour before the competition. Drink in small sips. To prepare the mixture: take the required amount of water, then add the necessary amount of powder, and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can add more water.

Warnings!
- Does not replace a complete, well-balanced, and varied diet.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. Individual sensitivities may cause digestive disorders.
- Do not use with milk. Sodium bicarbonate and sodium citrate can cause milk-alkali syndrome with increased blood calcium levels and may lead to calcium deposition in the kidneys.
- Due to its high sodium content, it is not recommended for use by individuals with high blood pressure, kidney disease, asthma, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or for children and adolescents. These groups of people should avoid using Lactat Buffer.
- Changes in urine pH levels are caused by the action of sodium bicarbonate. If an athlete is called for doping control, it may take several hours for the necessary pH increase to occur.
