BETA-ALANINE supports high-intensity athletic activities. In sprinting and other high-intensity strength and endurance sports, an increase in lactate in the muscles causes hyperacidity. Beta-alanine acts as a buffer for excess acid and can inhibit the performance-limiting increase in lactate values. Suitable for competitions and strength athletes, high-intensity anaerobic disciplines. Intracellular acid buffer. Special tablet composition takes into account the kinetic properties of beta-alanine.
Usage: 2 x 2 tablets (= 3.2 g beta-alanine) per day, with meals. Consume for 8-10 weeks, which has been identified as an effective period in studies, then take a break for about 4 weeks.
