The Shimano XTR BR-M9220/BL-M9220 4-piston hydraulic disc brake set is designed for ergonomic control and maximum braking performance. The BL-M9220 2-finger lever delivers smooth, powerful actuation in perfect harmony with the BR-M9220 4-piston caliper.
With a new pivot and 5° upward angle, the lever fits naturally to the rider’s hand. SERVO WAVE technology optimises braking power, while low-viscosity mineral oil ensures consistent performance in all trail and weather conditions. Upgraded brake pads eliminate rattle, keeping the system silent and precise.
The XTR series is Shimano’s lightest, most advanced MTB group, built for racing with robust, podium-proven design and intuitive feel.
