The Shimano XTR BR-M9200/BL-M9200 is a 2-piston hydraulic disc brake set designed for top-tier Cross-Country (XC) performance. It combines the sleek, lightweight BL-M9200 2-finger brake lever with the BR-M9200 post-mount caliper to deliver excellent modulation and braking control on various terrains.
Featuring heat-resistant resin pistons and low-viscosity mineral oil, the caliper ensures consistent braking performance across all conditions. Refined pads and oval mounts reduce vibration-induced noise, making braking quiet and predictable.
Built for racing, the XTR group is Shimano’s lightest and strongest, with a magnesium master cylinder and carbon fibre lever to keep the system ultralight without compromising performance.
