Overview
Shifter Shimano Nexus 7S50 Right, 7-speed
The Shimano Nexus SL-7S50 is a right-hand shifter designed specifically for use with the Shimano Nexus Inter-7 internal geared hub system. The shifting mechanism operates inside the rear hub rather than externally, providing better protection from weather and dirt while reducing maintenance requirements compared to traditional derailleur systems.
The system supports multi-shifting, allowing several gears to be changed at once when needed. This ensures smoother riding and quick adaptation to varying terrain or inclines. The integrated optical gear display clearly indicates the selected gear, making operation intuitive even for beginner riders.
The Nexus Inter-7 internal gear hub is a popular choice for city and comfort bikes due to its durability and reliable performance in different weather conditions. With lower maintenance needs and a robust design, it offers long-lasting and worry-free everyday riding.
