The Shimano 105 ST-R7020 is a left-hand 2-speed STI Dual Control shift/brake lever designed for road and cyclocross bikes and compatible with hydraulic disc brakes. Its updated, slimmer and refined lever shape improves ergonomics, enhances comfort and provides greater rider control in all conditions.
The ST-R7020 features an updated internal shifting mechanism for fast and intuitive front shifting. Lever action is light and smooth, delivering performance comparable to higher-end systems. Ergonomics inherited from ULTEGRA ensure a natural hand position and easier front shifting when paired with the FD-R7000 front derailleur. The hydraulic disc brake system with one-way bleeding allows simple maintenance and delivers powerful, well-modulated braking performance.
