Overview
Shift Lever Shimano SL-M315 3-Speed Rapidfire Plus CB
The Shimano SL-M315 is a left-side 3-speed shift lever designed for mechanical 3x8-speed and 3x7-speed drivetrain systems. It is a reliable and widely compatible choice for mountain and hybrid bikes where simple, accurate and comfortable front shifting is needed.
The Rapidfire Plus system allows quick and light shifting and is known for its user-friendly operation. The slim main lever body takes up less space on the handlebar and remains comfortable to use even when other controls or accessories are fitted nearby.
The shift lever is equipped with an easy-to-read Optical Gear Display positioned below the handlebar. The numbered display shows the current gear position at a glance, helping the rider quickly identify which front gear is in use.
OPTISLICK compatibility helps support smoother and lighter shifting performance. The SL-M315 is also suitable for bikes with internal cable routing, and the built-in cable adjustment makes it easier to fine-tune shifting performance after installation.
