Overview

Shift Lever Shimano Saint SL-M820 10-Speed Right

Shimano Saint SL-M820 is a high-performance 10-speed right-hand shift lever designed for demanding downhill and freeride mountain biking. Combining race-proven ergonomics with RAPIDFIRE PLUS technology, it delivers fast, precise and dependable shifting in aggressive riding conditions where immediate response and complete control are essential.

The extended shift lever and low-friction Multi Bearing system reduce the effort required for gear changes while ensuring smooth and efficient lever operation. Textured anti-slip ergonomics provide a secure grip even in wet and muddy conditions. A distinct indexing feel gives riders clear tactile feedback with every shift.

Shimano Saint SL-M820 incorporates Instant Release, Multi Release and 2-Way Release technologies. Instant Release releases the shift cable immediately when the lever is actuated, Multi Release allows multiple gears to be changed in a single movement, while 2-Way Release enables the release lever to be operated by either pushing with the thumb or pulling with the index finger. Together, these features deliver quick and intuitive shifting during technical descents.

The shifter attaches to the handlebar using a dedicated clamp and features an integrated cable tension adjuster for precise shifting setup. Its durable painted aluminium main lever and glass-fibre-reinforced plastic and steel release lever combine strength with low weight. The design does not include an optical gear indicator.
