The Shimano Deore XT SL-T8000 RAPIDFIRE PLUS shift lever delivers light and responsive front shifting with an ergonomically shaped lever for maximum control and comfort. This left-hand model is designed for a 3x10 drivetrain, compatible with triple chainrings and a 10-speed rear cassette.
INSTANT RELEASE ensures immediate gear engagement, while 2-WAY RELEASE allows shifting by either pushing or pulling the lever. The integrated OPTICAL GEAR DISPLAY clearly indicates the selected front gear. The low-friction OPTISLICK cable enhances smooth and precise operation, even on longer rides.
