Overview
Roof Bike Carrier Thule FreeRide 532
Thule FreeRide 532 is a practical and easy-to-use roof-mounted bike carrier designed for secure and convenient bicycle transportation. Its functional construction combines straightforward loading, a sturdy frame holder and reliable wheel attachments, making it an excellent choice for everyday use, cycling trips and holidays.
The stable frame holder keeps the bicycle securely in position during transport and makes attaching the bike straightforward. The wheels are secured using quick-release straps, allowing convenient loading and unloading. The carrier accommodates bicycles with round or oval frame tubes and a maximum weight of 17 kg.
Locks are included to secure both the bicycle to the carrier and the carrier to the roof rack. This provides additional security when leaving the bicycle temporarily unattended. FreeRide 532 is also compatible with the Thule One-Key System, allowing multiple Thule accessories to be configured for operation with a single key. Locks help reduce the risk of theft but cannot guarantee complete protection against it.
The carrier supports bicycles with wheel diameters from 16 to 29 inches, tyre widths up to 3 inches and wheelbases up to 1245 mm. It is also compatible with bicycles equipped with thru-axles. Carbon-frame bicycles are not compatible, as the frame holder clamps directly around the bicycle frame.
Thule FreeRide 532 fits a wide selection of Thule roof bars, including WingBar Evo, WingBar Edge, WingBar, ProBar Evo, SquareBar Evo and SlideBar. The carrier is compatible with 20 × 20 mm T-track roof bars. For 24 × 30 mm T-track bars, the separately available Thule T-track Adapter 889-3 is required.
