The Elite Quick Motion is a high-quality roller trainer designed to deliver a natural, smooth cycling experience while improving balance, pedalling technique and coordination. Unlike conventional indoor trainers, the bicycle moves freely on the rollers without being fixed to a frame. The parabolic roller drums help guide the wheels towards the centre, improving stability and making the trainer easier to use, even for less experienced riders.

Its standout feature is the Floating System, which allows the frame to move slightly forwards and backwards during pedalling. This absorbs sudden movements and reduces inertial forces during changes in speed, improving balance and control during technical drills and high-intensity intervals. The three-level magnetic resistance system allows riders to select an appropriate workload for warm-ups, endurance training or demanding strength sessions. Resistance is adjusted manually using a selector on the roller unit, with a maximum resistance of 425 W at 40 km/h.

The trainer folds into three sections, reducing its storage footprint by approximately 50%. An integrated carrying handle makes transportation convenient. The front roller offers 11 adjustment positions, accommodating road, gravel, mountain and city bikes with a wheelbase between 944 and 1144 mm.

With the optional Elite Misuro B+ sensor, the Quick Motion can wirelessly transmit speed and cadence data via ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart. Estimated power can also be viewed through Elite My E-Training. When combined with an external power meter, training data can be used with platforms such as Zwift, MyWhoosh, Rouvy and Kinomap. Resistance remains manually controlled and cannot be adjusted by training apps. A one-month Elite My E-Training subscription is included.
