The Northwave CORE PLUS 2 WIDE road cycling shoes are lightweight SPORT-level shoes designed specifically for riders with wider feet. The WIDE FIT last is 5 mm wider than the standard version, providing additional forefoot space, reducing lateral pressure and improving comfort during both regular training and longer road rides.

The NRG Air Carbon Reinforced sole has a stiffness index of 8.0. Its carbon-reinforced construction provides a balanced combination of efficient power transfer and riding comfort, delivering reliable support without becoming excessively rigid for recreational use.

The seamless unibody upper construction helps reduce pressure points and creates a smoother, more consistent fit around the foot. Four large breathable mesh inserts and perforations across the entire upper improve ventilation, making the shoes comfortable in warmer riding conditions.

The SLW3 micrometric dial, combined with an additional hook-and-loop strap, provides fast and precise fit adjustment. The dial allows step-by-step release or complete opening with a single button movement, while the lower strap secures the forefoot.
