Its robust construction is designed to withstand the high impacts and loads encountered during fast descents, jumps and technical trails. The Forge series combines dependable strength with a modern rim profile, providing an excellent foundation for building reliable downhill mountain bike wheels.

The 30 mm internal width provides excellent lateral support for wider mountain bike tyres and helps maintain a stable tyre profile. This improves handling confidence and tyre support when cornering while allowing lower tyre pressures with suitable tyre combinations. The wide rim is particularly beneficial on technical descents where traction and precise control over rough terrain are essential.

The rim features a hooked bead profile and Tubeless Ready construction, making it compatible with conventional inner tube setups as well as suitable tubeless tyres. Tubeless configurations can improve traction and riding comfort while reducing the risk of pinch flats. Compatible tyres, rim tape, valves and sealant are required for tubeless installation.
