Alex Rims (also known as Alexrims) is a premium bicycle rim and wheel manufacturer based in Tainan, Taiwan, and part of the Alex Global Technology group. The company was founded in 1992 by Dr. Alex Chen as a small rim factory and has grown over three decades into one of the world's leading aluminium rim producers — its components are used by many of the largest bicycle brands as an OEM supplier, and over the years Alexrims has also become a strong brand in the aftermarket. The product range covers the full spectrum of cycling: road rims optimised for speed, stiffness and aerodynamics; tough mountain bike rims that can take serious impact; gravel and adventure rims for mixed terrain; durable city and trekking rims; and complete wheelsets that are factory-balanced and ready to install. Product development is backed by serious investment in materials and manufacturing technology — the company operates its own heat-treatment furnaces, forging equipment and precision CNC machinery, and holds ISO9001, ISO14001 and TÜV certifications. Alex Rims is a strong choice for everyday riders looking for a reliable, well-priced replacement and for demanding enthusiasts who need a specific solution matched to their riding style.
