The Shimano XTR RD-M9250 Di2 is a 12-speed MTB rear derailleur that combines wireless Di2 shifting, a highly robust construction and fast response on demanding trails. It is built for riders who need race-level precision, reliability and durability for XC, trail and enduro riding.

The new low-profile, wedge-shaped design helps avoid direct impacts from rocks, roots and other trail obstacles. If the derailleur does take a hit, the automatic Impact Recovery function immediately returns the shift motor to its original position. A wide link structure, durable carbon plate, skid-plate design and strong pulleys add stiffness, impact resistance and long-term durability.

Shimano Shadow ES technology makes the derailleur slimmer and tougher while maintaining stable chain control. Wireless Di2 and HYPERGLIDE+ technology deliver smooth, precise and instant shifting, even under load. The protected battery is securely housed inside the derailleur, yet remains easy to remove for charging.
