Environmentally friendly fluorine-free liquid ski wax designed for sub-zero temperatures and suitable for all snow types in a temperature range from -2 to -15 °C.
Compared to the orange UNIVERSAL wax (+5/-10 °C), UP COLD delivers clearly better glide on cold, fine-grained natural snow, making it an excellent choice for dry and cold winter conditions.
The VAUHTI UP series is intended for active and competitive skiers primarily as a training wax, while still providing sufficient glide performance for racing. UP series liquid waxes offer better durability and glide than the GO EASY or ONE series.
Application: Clean the ski base mechanically using a brush and/or a glide wax cleaner if the base is dirty. Allow the base to dry, shake the bottle well and apply evenly using the sponge applicator. Let it dry for at least 10 minutes at room temperature until the base turns whitish, then polish with a soft nylon brush, horsehair brush or felt.
Tip: A thinner wax layer dries faster, while longer and more complete drying improves durability. Stiff nylon and horsehair brushes remove more wax, felt removes the least.
