The HF1416 is a one-way needle bearing used in the rear wheels of classic roller skis from KV+ and other manufacturers. It allows the wheel to rotate in one direction only, supporting the kick phase in classic technique.

The open-construction steel bearing is press-fitted into a 20 mm housing and fits a 14 mm shaft. A classic roller ski rear wheel typically uses one HF1416 one-way bearing together with two 608 bearings.
