Nutrend Magneslife 25ml
Highly effective and rapidly absorbed liquid form of magnesium. Intended for preventing muscle cramps and as a quick first aid during physical exertion, as well as for muscle recovery after physical activity. Can also be used to eliminate alcohol damage from the body.
Recommended dosage: 1 dose – 25 ml per day before bedtime. Before known prolonged physical exertion, start consuming 2-3 days prior – 1 dose per day before bedtime. During competitions or intense physical exertion, at the first sign of cramps, immediately take 1 dose (25 ml) and drink water or a hypotonic sports drink.
Usage: pour the content of the tube into your mouth and drink water or a hypotonic drink afterwards; milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable for this purpose. Consume the opened tube content within 24 hours. Possible sediment is characteristic of the product and does not indicate spoilage. Shake before use.
