The ONE WAY TEAM 4 MAG Nordic walking poles are lightweight and durable, designed for active outdoor enthusiasts, fitness walking and training on different surfaces. The shafts feature a 10% Diamond Carbon composite construction, combining reliable strength with low weight. Each pole weighs just 80 g per metre of shaft length.

The innovative Mag Point 2.0 magnetic attachment system makes it quick and easy to connect or release the breathable mesh hand strap with a simple push of a button, without having to remove the strap from your hand. The ergonomic Mag-Point Grip and comfortable Mag-Point Strap provide secure handling and efficient power transfer.

The versatile Duotec Basket system adapts to different walking surfaces. Its rubber pad provides grip and comfort on hard surfaces such as asphalt, while the pad can be flipped open to reveal a hardened metal tip for additional traction when needed. The poles are available in lengths from 100 to 130 cm in 5 cm increments and can be shortened by cutting if necessary. A recommended starting point for choosing pole length is user height × 0.68 ± 2 cm, although the ideal length depends on personal preference.
