Assembly paste Morgan Blue Carbon Assembly Paste 100ml

Morgan Blue Carbon Assembly Paste is a special assembly paste for safely fitting carbon components. It is recommended when a carbon part comes into contact with an aluminium part, such as a carbon seatpost inside an aluminium seat tube. It is also suitable for joining two carbon components, for example between a handlebar and stem or between a seatpost and seat tube.

The paste increases grip between contact surfaces and reduces the need for high clamping force. This allows the required pressure on components to be reduced by up to 30%, helping lower the risk of cracking or damaging carbon parts caused by overtightening.

Shake well before use. Open the tip of the bottle cap with a sharp object and apply a small amount of paste to the clean contact surface. Then install the component according to the manufacturer’s recommended torque setting.
