The ORTLIEB E211 is a practical replacement part for pannier bags with QL2 and QL2.1 mounting systems when the standard snap hooks do not fit a luggage rack with larger tube diameters. The included 18 mm hooks allow the bag to be securely attached to racks with thicker tubes.

These hooks are designed to be used without inserts. This is an important difference compared with many original bag setups that use 16 mm hooks together with 8, 10 or 12 mm inserts. With the 18 mm hooks, no inserts can be added or used.

The adjustable handle length makes it easier to adapt the bag setup and carrying comfort to your needs.
