Schwalbe Aerothan Tube is a lightweight and durable TPU inner tube combining low weight with excellent puncture protection and stable riding performance. The 2026 version features a robust aluminium valve stem for improved stability and durability.
The tube is made from BASF TPU material produced using pyrolysis oil obtained through chemical recycling with ChemCycling technology. Part of the raw material originates from Schwalbe tire recycling, helping to conserve fossil resources and support a circular economy.
The SV19 version is designed for 622 mm tires with widths from 47 to 65 mm and features a 40 mm Presta valve. This is an OEM product supplied without standard retail packaging.
