Overview
Helmet BELL 4FORTY AIR MIPS
The BELL 4FORTY AIR MIPS is a durable and technically advanced mountain bike helmet designed for demanding trail riding, technical descents and active everyday use. Its deeper coverage, precise adjustment and efficient ventilation provide an excellent balance of protection, comfort and performance.
MIPS® Evolve protection technology helps reduce rotational forces transferred to the head during certain angled impacts. It adds an extra level of protection while maintaining a comfortable fit and effective airflow.
The Float Fit™ adjustment system allows the helmet to be fitted quickly and precisely. A magnetic Fidlock® buckle provides fast and secure fastening, even while wearing gloves, while No-Twist Tri-Glides™ keep the straps flat and correctly positioned.
14 ventilation openings guide fresh air through the helmet and help exhaust warm air efficiently. This supports effective cooling during steep climbs, hot-weather riding and intense trail sessions.
Ionic+™ antimicrobial padding helps control odour and keeps the helmet interior fresher for longer. The Sweat Guide™ system channels moisture away from the eyes, improving visibility and comfort during hard efforts.
The three-position adjustable visor allows the helmet to work well with different cycling glasses and goggles. A rear goggle gripper keeps the strap securely in place during technical riding and over rough terrain.
The BELL 4FORTY AIR MIPS complies with CPSC Bicycle and CE EN1078 safety standards. It is an excellent choice for riders seeking a dependable, well-ventilated and easily adjustable trail helmet.
