The GOLD RACING MIX brush combines ultrafine steel bristles with horsehair, providing deep structural cleaning and residue removal in a single step. This versatile brush is ideal for pre-wax mechanical cleaning, simplifying the removal of hard paraffins, and creating a finely cut finish that ensures fast glide from the first meters.
Usage tips: avoid excessive pressure, as it spreads the bristles and reduces efficiency. Brush until no wax dust remains and the base structure becomes visible. If raised paraffin spots remain, use a scraper again. Horsehair and nylon brushes can be used back and forth, but stronger strokes should be made in one direction. Metal brushes must be used only in the glide direction.
Clean the brush using a bench edge, snow, another brush, or wax remover for heavy contamination. Mark the brushing direction to keep performance consistent and extend the tool’s lifespan.
