Glide Wax Cleaner VAUHTI CLEAN & GLIDE FLUORINATED 80ml

VAUHTI Clean & Glide is an effective cleaner and maintenance agent for ski glide zones, especially after skiing on dirty or artificial snow tracks. It removes mainly dirt, not the wax absorbed in the ski base pores, making it ideal for preparing skis before applying new wax. Just like cleaning a bicycle chain before lubrication, proper ski cleaning ensures optimal wax absorption.

The product leaves a fluorinated oily protective layer on the base, repelling dirt and improving the bonding of new glide wax. On children’s skis that are not hot-waxed and used for short distances on artificial snow, Clean & Glide alone may be sufficient without applying additional wax. On heavily contaminated snow, wax may trap more dirt, making cleaning the better option.

Suitable also for cleaning CROWN, ZERO and NANOGRIP classic skis to improve glide and prevent icing or snow build-up on the kick zone in temperatures from +10 to −1 °C.

Clean & Glide enhances wax performance by ensuring that glide waxes and fluorinated coatings adhere only to a clean ski base, preventing dirt from mixing with fresh wax.

Instructions:
– Shake well
– Apply to polishing cloth
– Wipe clean
– Brush with nylon brush after 1–2 minutes
