Cutline sunglasses are lightweight (36g), durable, and fully adjustable to your face shape. They feature exceptionally comfortable and easily adjustable nose pads that suit various face types. These nose pads also allow you to fine-tune the lens height and distance from your face. The frames boast adjustable temples; simply apply gentle pressure and bend them to your desired direction. Special soft temple tips ensure the glasses can be safely and securely attached to a helmet.

The glasses come with interchangeable lens bumpers for both the top and bottom edges, which can be swapped or removed as needed. Made from a soft and durable polymer, these bumpers offer additional face protection in case of a fall or impact.

Additional air vents on the top and bottom edges of the lenses enhance air circulation, ensuring maximum aerodynamic efficiency without compromising visual clarity.

Rudy Project utilizes innovative aviation-grade alloys like Grilamid® and Kynetium in its products. The Grilamid® frame is a high-quality, impact-resistant, hypoallergenic, lightweight, flexible, and durable material. The Kynetium temples combine aluminum with magnesium, silicon, and titanium, allowing for glasses that are exceptionally light (magnesium), durable (titanium), and flexible (silicon).
