The Shimano GRX BR-RX820 is a hydraulic 2-piston front disc brake caliper with Flat Mount design, developed specifically for gravel and cyclocross bikes. It delivers high braking power and precise control while remaining reliable and easy to maintain in demanding conditions.
The RX820 series represents Shimano’s latest evolution in gravel components, built to help you get the most out of every unpaved adventure. ICE TECHNOLOGIES heat management combined with L05A-RF resin brake pads with fins ensures excellent heat dissipation and consistent braking performance on long descents.
The Flat Mount design, ONE WAY BLEEDING system and J-kit hose connection make installation and servicing clean and straightforward. The aluminium caliper weighs approximately 134 g and is compatible with 140 mm or 160 mm front rotors.
