The Shimano XTR BR-M9120 is a top-tier 4-piston hydraulic disc brake caliper developed for aggressive trail, enduro and technical MTB riding. Its MONO-BODY construction is machined from a single cold-forged aluminum block to maximize stiffness and deliver direct, consistent braking feel under extreme conditions.

Featuring four ceramic pistons, the caliper ensures even pad pressure and excellent heat insulation. Compared to the M9000 series, braking force, lever stroke and response have improved by up to 30%, while offering approximately 10% more braking power than the M9020, delivering greater control with less finger effort.

The banjo-type hose connection and internal hose routing provide a cleaner cockpit setup and optimized installation. The system runs on Shimano mineral oil and is designed to pair perfectly with the BL-M9120 brake lever and RT-MT900 rotors for maximum performance.
