• ALUMINIUM SUPERLITE - CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.
• SEMI INTEGRATED CARRIER - A luggage carrier needn't be a complicated, ugly addition to your bike. Our Semi-Integrated Carrier is so neat, you'll barely notice it... until it's time to carry something back from the shops, or ride to work, or nip across town to fetch something. Sturdy and adaptable, it's just what you need to make day-to-day life a little easier.
• EFFICIENT COMFORT GEOMETRY - With our specially designed Efficient Comfort Geometry, cycling is a simple pleasure. • GRAVITY CASTING - Gravity Casting moulds liquid aluminium into highly complex frame sections, resulting in extremely strong structures that can better withstand stress. For example, with our Hybrid models we're able to produce a motor mount that's optimised to cope with the loads placed on it in this specialised application, without adding unnecessary weight or sacrificing strength.
• FULLY INTEGRATED BATTERY - The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.
