Overview

Kids Bike Cube Aruba 240

A light bike is one that's easier to ride, and a bike that's easier to ride helps build confidence for a young rider. That's why we used heat-treated 6061 aluminium for the Aruba 240's frame, and fitted a matching rigid fork. It all meets our exacting safety standards, so you know it's tough enough to stand up to a lot of enthusiastic use. But, just as important, it's designed to be lively and fun to ride. And that's sure to put a smile on your young rider's face.

The Aruba 240's elegantly sculpted frame is proof that bike riding can be fashionable as well as fun. Its stylish frame and fork form just part of the story, though, because this is a bike that's as practical as it is great to look at. With reliable components and easy handling, your young rider can have fun and build confidence at the same time.

If you believe that beauty is more than skin deep – and, at CUBE, we certainly do – then you're going to fall for the Aruba 240. Sure, it's got elegant lines and a lightweight frame and fork that help make riding it a pleasure for your youngster. But with its 8-speed Shimano transmission – plus handlebars and brake levers proportioned for smaller hands – it's brilliantly practical, too. And, just to really seal the deal, we fitted mudguards, a luggage carrier, lights and a kickstand – so your keen young cyclist is fully equipped for any two-wheeled adventure. They'll love it, and you will too.

Technologies

ALUMINIUM LITE

There's aluminium, and then there's CUBE Aluminium Lite. This heat-treated 6061 aluminium is stiff, fatigue-resistant and, because of its natural corrosion resistance, a great material from which to make lightweight tube sets – and bicycle frames. And it does all this without adding unnecessary weight, so you can get the best enjoyment out of your CUBE.

FULLY EQUIPPED

A bicycle is such a versatile tool. That's why many riders add accessories like a luggage carrier, mudguards, kickstand and lights. But with our Fully Equipped range you don't have to, because we've already taken care of all of that. With carefully selected accessories that match and integrate with each bike, you're all set for any journey from the weekday commute to a longer tour.

KIDS ERGONOMIC OPTIMIZED

A great kid's bike is more than just an adult bike that's shrunk in the wash. That's why our Kids range uses Kids Ergonomic Optimized geometry. With handling designed to be safe and confidence-inspiring and dimensions chosen to fit a child's smaller hands and feet, we've created a range that they'll love and you'll appreciate.
