Less can be more. The Acid 200 SL takes the same succesful formula as the Acid 200, trims what little fat there was to make an even lighter and livelier bike, and adds to the spec too. We chose a Microshift 9-speed 11-42T cassette for an extended gear range, so your junior mountain biker will have the confidence to tackle even more challenging climbs. A thinner handlebar and grips make it easier for small hands to hold on, steer and brake. And grippy tyres, powerful brakes and safe handling round out a package that your young rider will love.

• ALUMINIUM LITE - There's aluminium, and then there's CUBE Aluminium Lite. This heat-treated 6061 aluminium is stiff, fatigue-resistant and, because of its natural corrosion resistance, a great material from which to make lightweight tube sets – and bicycle frames. And it does all this without adding unnecessary weight, so you can get the best enjoyment out of your CUBE.
