Shimano CUES FC-U8000-1 HOLLOWTECH II crankset is designed for touring, commuting and urban exploration, where reliable and efficient pedalling is essential. Its stiff yet lightweight construction and excellent chain retention inspire confidence on paved roads and rough surfaces alike.
The specially shaped chainring teeth with DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGAGEMENT+ technology improve chain grip and reduce the risk of chain drop on uneven terrain. The hollow-forged crank arms maximise power transfer while keeping weight low, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
With a 50 mm chainline and 180 mm Q-factor, it matches modern trekking and city bike geometries. The FC-U8000-1 is compatible exclusively with the LINKGLIDE drivetrain system and supports 1x9, 1x10 and 1x11 setups. Available with 40T or 42T chainrings and 170 or 175 mm crank lengths.
