The Gates Belt Drive CDC belt was specially developed for eBikes with medium torque and mid-drive. It features a new combination of carbon fiber tension cord, next-generation high-stiffness ethylene elastomer and a new nylon tooth fabric. It offers all the advantages of the belt drive: cleaner, quieter and more comfortable operation as well as a service life two to three times longer than the traditional chain drive.
Note: Approved for a maximum torque of 75 Nm.
