Bearing Enduro 6804 LLU MAX BO 20x32x7

The Enduro 6804 LLU MAX BO is a MAX-design radial suspension bearing, engineered specifically to handle the high and multi-directional loads found in mountain bike suspension pivots. Enduro pioneered MAX-type bearings over 20 years ago to solve the limitations of standard radial bearings in pivot applications.

The MAX construction allows for a full-complement ball design, inserting the maximum number of balls into the bearing through a specially ground slot in the races. This results in a 35–40% increase in load capacity compared to standard radial bearings. The deeper race grooves also provide increased lateral support to withstand twisting and multi-directional forces typical of suspension pivots.

This bearing features Grade 10 precision balls and full-contact, double-lip LLU labyrinth seals for maximum protection against water, dirt, and debris. The seals retain a 90% fill of Almagard extra high-pressure grease, ensuring smooth operation and long service life in harsh riding conditions.

The Black-Oxide / magnetite surface treatment adds an extra layer of corrosion resistance, making this bearing ideal for wet and demanding environments. This model has been widely used as a suspension pivot bearing by several bicycle brands, including Orbea and Santa Cruz.

Like all Enduro bearings, it is engineered with the deepest possible race grooves and dual-lip seals riding in a micro-groove, forming a full labyrinth that delivers superior protection and long-lasting performance.
