The Shimano WH-RS171-CL rear wheel is designed to deliver improved performance through a wider and lighter construction. The 19C wide-profile rim provides better support for wider tires, enhancing stability, comfort and rolling efficiency.

Compared to the previous WH-RS170 model, this wheel is more than 100 g lighter while maintaining Shimano’s renowned quality and durability. It is an excellent choice for training, endurance rides and everyday road or gravel use.

A 12 mm E-THRU axle ensures high rigidity and precise handling, while the CENTER LOCK disc brake interface delivers reliable braking performance and easy installation. The wheel is compatible with 10–11-speed HG drivetrains and supports 140+ mm disc brake rotors.
